Vertical signature pressing and stacking system

PICCOLO 46/66/94 is a compact, extremely sturdy, and user-friendly machine designed for vertical stacking of folded signatures.

Equipped with a pair of pressing rollers capable of applying 1,800 kg of pressure, PICCOLO can stack up to 40 cm in height, all while maintaining precise alignment. The stream inversion system operates without friction between belts, ensuring smooth and consistent handling.

Since its debut in 1979, PICCOLO has undergone several upgrades while preserving its renowned reliability. Recent innovations include a double height-adjustment system for added versatility, improved access to the stacking area, and enhanced safety via new protective doors.

With upgraded knobs and racks for precise roller control and an integrated copy counter for efficient batch tracking, PICCOLO is the perfect addition to any folding or bookbinding line.
