How it works

Thanks to its modular structure, our Metro 78/105 folder-gluer is a "platform" machine for the realization of specialized jobs, without the commitment and complexity of dedicated machinery. In other words, Metro grows with your jobs.

Its digital management system allows it to interface with the other elements and attachments of the system, and the product path can be controlled from the console.

Applications include presentation folders, multimedia packaging, a variety of envelopes, boxes, calendars, cases, and more.

Three different models for one single folding-gluing line. Each can run independently or feed other production lines.

SF 78/105 Belt Feeder (with or without vacuum system)

It is used for either continuous or step-mode feeding. This equipment is required for small and large-sized die cut shapes, and in particular for irregular shapes.

PILE FEEDER
SDP 78/105 Pile Feeder (equipped with vacuum head)

Used when the customer needs to run larger non-die cut shapes, with light weight stocks.

MULTIFEEDER
SDP+SD 78/105 Multifeeder

The Multifeeder results from the combination of the belt feeder and pile feeder in one single unit.
